Suddendeath wins the final!

After a not so close game Suddendeath won 3-0 against Chosen.

The game started on DM2, a map that SD took control over very quickly and never let slip. Good work around quad/water and deadly quadruns towards low and ra/mega left CSN without a chance.

DM3 was just as uneven with SD running the quads while CSN swam in water. CSN did pick up 3 pents but were unable to turn the map around because of good defending from SD.

E1M2 was a lot closer compared to the other 2 maps but CSN were still a bit too far from the victory. Both 187 and Pollox managed some nice quadruns but in the end SD was the strongest team.

Congrats to the title once again Suddendeath!

We are still awaiting the bronze game, lets see if that will happen. Aside from that the next season will start in September given that enough clans show interest in partaking in it.

Wasnt the most exciting season ever, but lets hope that more good clans form or make a comeback. TDM is still alot of fun, people just need to find their motivation and drive. I mean; eql17 was a blast I think most people will agree.

Thanks for playing Cara, EQL wouldnt be the same without some of the absolute top players. Just a shame that you didnt get any competition.

This season was a little half assed but atleast the playoffs brought some intense games. Agreed that EQL 17 was really nice as well. Lets hope that EQL 19 can come closer to that than EQL 18 did.
