Not to belittle TKS victory, but things didn't exactly go well for us tonight I think. Everything went wrong on dm2 and TKS even managed to get a full blown map-lock. Luckily two of my troopers managed to do quadhop and steal quad/high-rl, which broke the maplock and made us get back into the game.

e1m2 we already knew we'd lose. We played that map against TKS ages ages ago already and had no chance of winning that. It ended up being surprisingly close, but that's only because TKS weren't very "efficient" overall. It felt like they were in control of the map for about 18 minutes, but somehow failed to use this control to build up a significant frag lead - basically something we already witnessed on the map before and dm3 too.

I can't say I'm happy about the outcome of these games, but I guess we shouldn't complain since we won, and with a bit more bad luck, we could have even ended up losing this 0-2.

Think we felt the same way after our 2-1 victory against TKS, Soma. It's easy to underestimate TKS though, but they always have a few tricks up their sleeves :E

Seems like hedfuk is making his moneys worth btw. Rumours says that DA had to pay an enormous amount of money to Wimpeeh to sign him to the team :(

I'm sorry fern, but your comment makes no sense at all. Why this hostility and offensiveness?

Soma is disappointed with DA's own performance regardless of their opponent. That's how I interpret his comment. Also, he clearly states he was expecting to lose e1m2 vs TKS, because they always lost to them on that map. So in a way, he is giving full credit to TKS's for their performance on their map and admits TKS is always better than DA on e1m2, which is the very opposite of what you seem to suggest.

By making comments such as yours, you are actively taking part in the kanker community.

I think TKs are very good. I hope we get to see them next season as well. However, this time DA was the better clan. Better luck next game TKs.

Hmmm fern... you came to some weird conclusions and interpretations there.

2-1 against TKS is not something I'm embarassed about. In fact, 2-1 is the result we had anticipated, expecting to lose e1m2. I thought I was fairly clear about this in my previous post?


But as much as I expected to lose e1m2 due to previous experiences, I also expected us to totally dominate dm2 and win dm3 without it being a nailbiter (like in the pracs, let's be honest here). The fact that we even got so close to losing dm2 (our fortress!) obviously doesn't make me very happy. Hokai?

embarrassed was in quotations in reference to that this has been the 2nd team now that has had to offer up an explanation as to why it happened to be so close, it's really unsavoury and stinks of superiority, and hagge i get it, you're so above this, how Zen of you ;-D
