Shamoth and Sniegowy

So, why are these players allowed to participate in EQL15?

Sniegowy is most likely not a fakenick but indeed a real player. The circumstances regarding last seasons shamoth-sniegowy-predator faking incident are shrouded in a mist of misunderstandings and language barriers.

1. It is clear that Shamoth faked atleast 1 game as predator. He confessed that and was banned for the remainder of the season, alltho DC only had 1 game left. Shamoth wil not be banned during EQL15 for this since we need active players and this mercing didnt take place in a lower division with the aim to own but rather bring activity. This is still the wrong thing to do but it is a very minor neglect of the rules from Shamoths side given his reasons for doing it.

2. It is not entirely clear that Shamoth even played one single game as Sniegowy during last season or the seasons before last. There are actually no solid proof whatsoever except having the same ip and computer specs. Something that can be explained by Sniegowy playing from Shamoths location and PC. The fact that Shamoth and Sniegowy turned up after one another in the stats during several nights is just furthermore proof of this being the fact. They have also played at the same time and in the same game on several occasions. Now hiding ip and computerspecs sounds fishy but it was their solution instead of admitting that Sniegowy played from Shamoths home and possibly bring even more fakeing accusations on him.

3. Shamoth and Sniegowy are not allowed to play from the same location and must not hide their ip or computer specs this season. Their clans have been informed of this. Their opponents can check this before/during games and report any breaches of this decision.

4. This decision has been made because we trust Shamoth and Sniegowy. Should it come to our attention that they play from the same location or fake as eachother they will be banned. Should it turn out that Sniegowy in fact is a made up person and player that only exist in QW, played by Shamoth then Shamoth will be banned from this and all future seasons of EQL.

You have been given a chance, dont go breaking our trust.
