Season starts today!

Divisions are final and the group games begin today!

The season starts today, Monday September 16th and ends on Sunday November 17th. All group games are best of three and all playoff games are best of five.

Signups are now closed but I will accept late signings during the first week.

There will be two divisions this season. Division 1 will be purely pro while division 2 will be everything else.

I will not discuss this decision in further detail here, but lets just say that the skillgap between those 5 pro teams and the rest is rather large while too few division 3 clans exist to justify a third division solely for rookies and lower tier players.

The teams in division 1 will face eachother twice before the playoffs in which #1 and #4 will meet in semifinal A while #2 and #3 will meet in semifinal B. The final will be played by the winners in each of semifinal A and B while the bronze game will be played between the losers of said games.

The teams in division 2 will face eachother once before the playoffs in which #1 and #8, #2 and #7, #3 and #6 and #4 and #5 will meet in the quarter finals. The winner of #1 and #8 will meet the winner of #4 and #5 in semifinal A while the winner of #2 and #7 will meet the winner of #3 and #6 in semifinal B. The final will be played by the winners in each of semifinal A and B while the bronze game will be played between the losers of said games.

Adding players in division 1 is without restriction with the exceptions of max 3 additions per team and max 10 players total per team.

Adding players in division 2 will be subject to an individual judgement by the admin. Other than that each team got 3 additions and max 10 players per team.

No info on tempo of games, scheduled games, or 1g/w? Or is it all just up to the teams :)

Regular season ends on Nov 17th so you will have to adjust your tempo to that. I dont feel like trying out a fixed scheduele as it would require alot more work and hassle from the admin(s).

Remember to spam tha bots etc when you have a date set for a game tho!

There will be only 20 div 1 games in pre-season. It would be cool to have a thread with scheduled games over at qw.nu forum (similarly to the playoff games in last season).
