General changes in EQL2

- A map poll in each division.
Every team may suggest two new maps or pick a "the big three (TB3) only" alternative. If more then half of all teams in a division wants five maps then the two maps with most votes will be used in addition to TB3.

- Smaller divisions.
To shorten down EQL2 we will use smaller divisions, a maximum of eight teams in div1 & div2 and maximum ten teams in all other divisions. This means seven respectively nine weeks of regular season, four weeks of playoff for div1 & div2 and two weeks for playoff for all other divs.

- Different qualifying schedule.
Almost no bottom2 teams have been interested in playing qualification matches so that option will be removed and bottom2 teams will automaticly be moved down one division the following EQL. The top4 teams will replay their matches in a qualifying group and the two best teams in it will be moved up one division.

- One wildcard per division.
In EQL2 a wildcard per division will be used so that we can move one team that for some special reason, deserves a slot in a different division. Regarding "new" clans that did not participate in EQL1, we will try to put them in the correct division right away, they will not all be in division 5.

- Recognizable nicknames please.
To save us some work with figuring out who's playing we want every clan to take the sign up procedure a bit more serious. Please add players with the nickname that they usually use on IRC and if they use a different nick (or a abbreviation of the IRC nick) in QW then add it too.

Great that you changed from 2p to 3p on 2-0 win. Also... The qualificationsystem :)

But the idea that you should play each clan twice wasn't accepted? Or have I missed it?
