In response to Hagge's question, this was basically what happened (not making excuses, just an explanation).

It was pretty late when we got started, around midnight CET I think. By the time DM3 was finished (which we lost, of course, can't break the tradition *knocks on wood*), dag started laming out. ToT-delay ensued for 15ish minutes while dag insisted that he was only gonna play DM3. He then drops, leaving LA at 3 players. Another, shorter delay (about 5 minutes) follows, followed by mrlame dropping (he had work in 5 hours, and in no mood for this delay crap).

LA first suggested (jokingly, I hope) 3on3, the idea soon routed by the fact that apok was on a spec slot, so he joins the game, making it 4on3. They then add antne to their lineup, making it 4on4. We play the game, and they win. Anyway, that's why there's no mrlame on e1m2.
