Looks to me like you got a warning because you did not have
your name on screenshot. And you should get a warning! If we
all started using different names who can tell in the end
who is who? Ofcourse you should "only" get a
warning and nothing else. I mean who hasnt had a weird name
just for laughs..

if you register a nickname, use it in official game.
if you use more then one nickname, register them all (put
secondary nicknames in braces)
if you still use different nickname -> you receive a
warning just as rules clearly say.
that\'s a perfectly common sense to me.
