Playoffs! (Read this, important)

Who will play who? And other info about playoffs as the regular season has come to and end...

... we proudly present the playoffs! Some teams have a little fix here and there in points (WOs seem to give activity points also). So what appears atm in the standings may change for some clans (only 1 that really changes the standings, cmf in div1 that is in this case). The playoffs will be played #1 vs #4 and #2 vs #3 in the regular season standings (except Div6 will only have #1 vs #2). So I'll write down the final standings here:

Div1:

2. DRz

Div2:
1. DA

Div3:
1. Fusion

(extremly tight div:)

Div4:

why do ROT sign up for these leagues? they enver ever play so why do they even bother to sign up in the first place? same with fraggers united.

FU actually played, they dropped their top players that were inactive from the roster and we they got down a div and played. Rot splitted up to several clans during the season, CF has atleast a couple of them and Fusion has atleast one etc.

the 6 active clans in div3 did great, played 5 games all of them and it was a really nice and tight season with some cool upsets :), thx for that activity div3

it feels a bit unfair seeing quakeclan in playoffs.. after being inactive the whole season they play two games in the end and get to go to playoffs instead of us.. gg.. wo4usplz

Div1 and 2 look quite weird. Some of the teams in the play off shouldn't be there really.


Div3 was very close. There was no team that was much better than any other :)

Yeah and the ONLY reason we haven't been able to play was because Smala had BIG problems with his internet, mogge decided to almost not play QW at all and Rikey has been staying at the hospital.

A bit hard to do something about, and I've informed Itsinen about the situation whenever it has changed. So quit the whine.

How so? Teams that are still playing quake and scored most points go to playoffs.

if ppl could put a little more effort into their team we wouldnt have to have divisions where one clan has 7 games played and another has 1.

dont sign up if you dont have time to play (aside from unexpected events as hospital visits and such ;))

I can understand that fog, but it still doesn't take away my frustration :-) unfortunately it seems like the days when the playoffs started with quarterfinals seems to be gone :(

We've played 2 games, your team 3. And we still got more points than you, as simple as that. And I don't think the situation would have looked any different if we would have played your team too :)

i do sort of agree with hagge, but as we just won 1 map in those three games it's maybe a bit optimistic to hope for playoffs :)

what eql should do is remove clans (or threaten to at least) that are inactive after half the season to avoid clans trying to play their first eql game in the last week or even the very last night!! (i'm looking at you sega global)
