EQL8 has started!

The divisions are ready and we can happily announce that the 4on4 is GO!

Some notices now as the season starts:

Now as this is only a 6 weeks long regular season we hope that the clans that has a hard time fielding 4, will have TOP priority on playing official games instead of pracs!

Also notice that all clans have MORE than 1 game/week, so if you can get as little as 1 game played every week and one or two games extra you will get thrue this season just fine!

Now just go out there and frag like never before! You can start playing when you've read this message!

It's no secret that iZecube is Murdoc. It never was and it still isn't.
The admins were aware of that, but they put us in div4. Which maybe isn't that strange since virus and me are complete 4n4 nubs.

After praccing DA yesterday it made sense to put us a div higher. Which we allready requested before that prac anyways.

Don't worry we don't want to mess things up.

As Kwib said, we made absolutely no secret of the fact that iZe = Murdoc. Actually, we were 100% aware of the possible consequences when we said he could join us.

You might believe this, or not, i don't care, but FYI: murdoc is dutch, just like the rest of UqE. Also, murdoc was in UqE a long time ago. As he said SR is falling apart, he requested to join us. We did not hesitate to say yes, not because of his skills, but because he is our friend.

Even with mur in our ranks, i believe div3 might be a little over fetched, but we shall put up one hell of a fight :)

Sounds fine to me... like they point out, the guy is Dutch, probably friends with them, used to play for them, has no clan in the league. As long as he's not just passing through to get a few EQL games then this will help UqE to develop their teamplay and become a solid team, and it is what the QW scene needs. It is better to look at the standard of the team as a whole, rather than focus on one anomalous player. Div 3 looks very competitive this season, I'm guessing that any team can take maps off any other team in the division, so it should be good.

well i wasnt able to play for a div4 team in whatever league soma administrates so the same should apply for someone like murdoc.

uQe has requierments to be able to join their team, you need the a letter that can be changed to Z in your name. :( haters
