Activity! (EQL bans, late edit)

The league has now been up and running for a couple of weeks and sadly we see wery low activity.

As the qw scene these days are pretty small vs other communitys u would think that a 4vs4 league would bring some hot activity among the clans. But hell no. EQL has been running for about 3 weeks and its sad to see how little games that has been played. We (all the players) are the only ones to keep the game alive. I dont think leagues such as this one will stay alive with so poor activity. Lets pull ourselfes together and make this few weeks left of EQL really active and fun. WE CAN DO IT! =)

To increase activity on the qwscene we have decided to remove all bans from last season.

Clans could consider having one person who would schedule the games with other clans and have knowledge of when the own players can play. Would help a lot when trying to get the games played. 6 games in 3 weeks isn't impossible. You just actually need 2 evenings (or 1 and 2 games) when your team can play and usually you atleast find 1 enemy. There has been lots of praccing so seems like clans are only afraid of losing officials and therefor doesn't play their games? This is just my opinion of the situation atm.

1-2 evenings per week that is. And make official > prac in priority when possible to play and it should be fine.

if you're pissed off with eql or admins and don't want to participate because of that- well, just pretend it's nqr or qw kenya league# 1337 or whatever.
we need games played. 4on4 tdm quakeworld games that is. i really hope people can overlook some of the 'poltics' and focus on the 'quake' part.

I honestly don't see the qw scene bouncing back, if yet another league is a failure.

If you signed up and don't play, you're putting a nail in qw's coffin.

Well at the moment there is just ~2 divs that are struggling with getting activity going. So that isn't really that bad, really slow start of the season which didn't look good, but now I've gotta say it's looking quite ok :)
