I think Anza said once that he levelled out at div4 several years ago and judging by his scores that's pretty spot on. It's not about how long you've played the game ofr, it's about how good you are.

That said, I have no idea about whether or not Pre is too good for div4 or whatever. Just thought I'd mention how stupid it is to equate experience with skill level.

Kippo has also played from the very beginning, so what? And we are as a team max div4, it's not always about individual skill but also about putting them together. To play 2on2 is very different from playing 4on4.

But what I have learnt is how to deduct player's individual level from how they play. It is very common these days to go as low as you can get "because I'm rusty etc", since Sandyman went to div3 I think and that was a long ago.
