the minping rule should be tweaked. Kurwas play 95% of their games with their shit isdn connections and have the avg such as above. Its no where near fair to raise our ping over 40 when we nearly never play with it and the kurwas are all fine with their shit ping. We should rather make minping 120 so that the ping feels equally shitty for all players.

it's a bullshit and you know it.
We have with 25 (some 13ms) in poland, plus it's mostly adsl not isdn.

besides ping 40-50 is shity pretty much the same for everyone, no matter what ping you usually have

I'm used to 13ms on localhost. I'll add to the rules that minping must be set to 13 in the whole world.

Imagine, 13ms to USA, Australia and Mother Russia altogether. \o/
