As Muffin said, we delayed first pent on DM3 and I took it, followed by 2nd RL and then had a nice streak of about 12 minutes before I got killed by an enemy (although I did get TK'd once around 7-8 mins). During this time we didn't always get quad but we held RA safe and took 2nd pent, and this enabled us to get a big lead in place. Oddballs took the last pent and had a short period of control, but we took the map back again in the last few mins and did some more fragging to get the lead up further.

Stefan decided he wanted to bench himself for "Chateau de Manny" ([c] Pattah) so Andy hopped in for round 2. Oddballs got the better start and had a few RLs around YA. We repeatedly managed to sneak in to YA while they went to quad (and variations thereon) and kept up the pressure on them around GL/YA and the scores stayed tight all through the game. We just about shaded control of YA but couldn't really do big damage with quads, and as a result we couldn't build a lead. With about a minute left we had a lead of about 15 and still had some RLs, so things were quite comfortable.

We will need to shape up from this performance (and from the DM2 pracs we played afterwards) if we want to beat Oddballs' big brothers in the playoffs :)

Ggs, after a defeat on dm3 wich was well played by osams by delaying first pent. Then got quad in time to get the second aswell so they got a good lead from start, we shaped up a bit on e1m2. A map that could have gone either way. a thriller from start to finish for map control and frags. Sadly we could not get enough frags in the last two minutes to get a map win.
