Isn't it better to play the bronze game than a normal prac? 8) The specs clearly love it!

The problem is probably because most of the time the 4 clans that reach semi all have their goals on winning the whole thing.. and playing for 3rd place doesn't matter for them.
But I still think we should keep it.
In enigma I looked forward to the bronze game cause in that case we didn't have any hopes of getting to final, so playing about 3rd place was prestigous enough :)

But when neither team cares at all about the result it's kinda demotivating to play. I guess this could be put on vote to see if it's worth it.

Its not a waste of time. Some clans actually like to get to play that last game after getting defeated in the semis.

I think the bronze game should probably be cut from the future leagues when there is no prizes involved. Playing for 3rd place might make some sense at a LAN if you get some money for it, but now it felt like a waste of time.

dave: you must understand the agony and devastation we went through after the semis, its no easy task to suck up the fact that we dont get to play vs you in the finals.

the whole shoulder surgery thing was a just big lie all the way, i just couldnt see myself in a bronze game vs noobs like rikoll

i even went on and tryed to deny my mates from playing in the game alltogether but they did it anyway. they wanted to lose, they dont take the game clearly as serious as it should be taken!

The bronze final will be BO3 after mutual agreement between the clans :)

Announced 27 hours ahead, on the place admins wanted us to post play offs schedules, and we heard no complaints. Only ones complaining were you and perhaps some other specs. But don't act surprised when it's you that don't "pay attention in class". And don't bring admins into this when they had plenty of time to react on our agreement but said nothing.

And ofc you should be grateful we bless you with our appearance!

how is it NOT lame to just change a BO5 bronze final game to a BO3 an hour before the game without any admin involvement?

I can understand if the rules are BO3 beforehand then I wouldn't give 2 shits.

But to just say "whatever, we wanna watch TV instead, lets play BO3 and get it over with" is a lame attitude to me, for a game of this importance.

Also lol to say that we should be grateful you would even grace us with an appearance at all.

Maybe there can be made arguments in the future to either cut out the bronze game, or reduce it to BO3, but until then at least have the courtesy to play the game as intended

well, with mazer, darkki AND hlt all participating in the game we didn't have even a snowball's chance in hell so it felt like a good idea to play bo3 (plus we could show disrespect to the league, admins, specs and have everyone think we are lame).
