Indeed Hooraytio! Nice to see soma back in action though 8) Dm3 looked really good for a long time for TKS, but unfortunately they just kinda collapsed with a few minutes to go :(

clearly the lack of ganon was an impact.

That start for TKS was sick; alas I somehow telefucked Bandit going for penta from Ya :E
That was really tense and stressful game, both teams proceeded with caution, Tks sneaking through tunnel to Ra many times. We somehow secured the game in the last minutes.

From a personal point of view I think that was one of the toughest e1m2 games I've ever played played for many many years at least, 15 frags and only 6 armours over the 20 mins. They took FOUR TIMES(!) the number of YAs we did which combined with my 15 frags (count 'em!) even elite teams over the years like Slackers, tVS, f0m, LA, CMF etc never seemed to manage against me. Their fragcount wasn't THAT high but it just felt impossible to get anything going until we tried something a bit different with 5 mins to go.

dm3 was a bit of a strange game, en_karl was owning but we didn't offer much in way of support.

Still on the plus side it was good to see snapcase and soma rejoining the fray.

Very weird games indeed. e1m2 felt surprisingly easy even though we let en_donkey get to YA with gear too many times. Btw. who was that lucky mofo that I shot to ya from ya bottom when I made a rambo attack there :D? You had like 3 guys there, 2 with guns, shot two guys, other bounced right on yellow which you were fumbling to get before I came in. Luckily managed to escape, but plz :DD

In a way I felt like the HT of our clan. Dunno what I did wrong to end up significantly lower in frags, even held a weapon quite a lot. But didn't get to run many quads :E

dm3 was very nervous, the_donkey running shit for the first 10 minutes, but not really getting real control for tKS. I had a good feeling in the last 10mins that we would overtake at least in score, but it was happening soooooo slow. We were behind in frags for like 17 minutes of that round, until finally passing them and building up some lead. Both teams were playing very cautious, which explains the low scores.

I'm glad to see Soma back in the game and ofc snapcase. But at the same time I do feel lucky that we got to face a more rusty lineup in our first game. Hopefully next time we'll meet the full brunt of an active tKS.

I haven't played a single map of Quake since before christmas, and my first maps since over 2 months were EQL against Slackers, followed by EQL vs Slackers 2.

SR2 played super well on e1m2 as HangTime pointed out, but we really should have won that dm3 no question.
