1. We haven't ~8 equal players. How do you define it? We have 2-3 stong players and others middle and low skilled players.
2. It's simple: more peoples in team - more team flexibility with line up. And as i said above - not all players are equally active.
3. If anyone division teams will advance you get a ONE team in the end. Because second team will be inactive instantly or in the near future. Because we have 8 different activity and different skilled players and 2 inactive.

I hope not difficult to understand that in this case, the fun will not get one?

There are large friend clans who wouldnt join different teams anyway. And some have a hard time getting 4 unless they have many to rely on. There wouldnt be more clans.

It is good for avtivity to have like 6-8 players, atleast in lower divisions. If the team becomes better the best players will naturally play more and less good players often seek a new div2-3 team. np
