I just hope they can hang in there and realize that the guys they met here are seasoned veterans with thousands of hours of qw.
It will be tough but you will get the hang of it, especially with en_karl guiding you.

Kinda impressive by en_karl considering he only had 19 kills :)

How come? Most older clans had hundreds of rounds ending with rape scores. Beginning is hard for sure, but can't expect to start winning right away in a game like qw. Just keep playing and it will get easier and more fun :)
Seen alot of pracs going on now, and seems like some of the clans are not so selective about opponent now with this new system in place, which is damn nice!
Waiting more rapes and more drops! :-
Face it, old concept obviously doesn't help anything at all, so before you go cry-baby lets see after this season ends how it worked.
As I've also mentioned more than once: EQL is NOT the only possible tournament to run... Go make a rookie 4on4 tournament also, or Pro 4on4 tournament, or whatever-you-style-you-like-4on4-tournament, its not rocket science.
Also, VVD actually IS running a tournament for rookies right now, while EQL can only say "we would have run rookie division, BUT ..."
First news post of the seaso: "We will also consider some type of rookie division if there are 4 or more teams consisting of real rookies (not just rusty oldtimers)."

We actually had a lot of fun playing our first two 4on4
matches together. On DM2 we had a good 30 seconds of
everyone laughing hysterically in teamspeak because of so
many silly things that happened during that game. I had a

Since the news about the season has been out way before the
EQL15 site was even launched there was plenty of time to
both build a team on your own and/or start a team building
initiative by anyone. Team bulding doesnt need to be made by
the EQL crew imo. In fact every admin except Itsinen had
their own team which needed some attention as well, which is
