Hollow have played in jagarna for about 2-3 years now. he doesn't play so serious and often and maybe dont want to join a to serious clan?
As you could se the biggest defeat was with only about 50 frags.

Why EQL can't state in the rules smth like "Players have to use their well known nick"?

This issue has been here in previous season and they haven't said anything yet, I hoped they will adjust the rules or do smth, but it didn't happen.

Gamer: It completely changes the game. I guess most of the div5 teams have enough problems with managing basic tactics against teams on equal skill. You want to make teamplay even more difficult to learn and so make QW more closed for newcomers?

Johnny_cz: I think its acceptable when the scores are still close. Better this way than not let a player play at all. The clans overall strength matters to me, not an individual players skill.

If the team is too good then just move them up a division. With proper placement for the teams this shouldn't be a problem at all.

I can see it makes teamplay harder for newcomers if one player gets every quad and kills everyone every time with it but thats just how qw is.

Maybe my point of view is too div1 and i dont understand how the game works in div5, but I honestly don't see a major problem with good players playing in low divs as long as the teams overall skill levels are roughly equal.

I don't see the problem, HB are not rapeing the other team, it's pretty equal. So what if one guy is better then the whole team, it's just more challenge for you, and what's so bad playing better players? In the long run you will maybe learn something.
But hey this game it's just for fun, and if you lose it's not fun anymore!!

In what way is this similar to defs in EQL3? Marvel was added late, Health is not. Marvel (and defs) was trying to fool us that he was a new player, Health and J?garna don't deny that Health is Hollow(?) as far as I know. A new rule about what?

We are not exactly happy with nickchanges, it's hard enough to keep track of all new players in the lower divisions anyhow. If Hollow(?)/J?garna deliberately have signed him up as Health to fool us, maybe beeing afraid of us putting them in Div4 then we will take action in this matter, but if he have played as Health before then it should be ok.

What we could need is..

* More feedback/help BEFORE the season starts, we will not move teams mid-season. If you knew that a player is a fake or uses a new nick and not tell us before the season starts then STFU with the whine now.

* A better system of tracking players between seasons, a database of all players that have been participating in EQL maybe.
I've also suggested a public page where everyone can comment late additions for a few days before we accept them. 100% whine guaranteed but it's better to have it before then after + a fucked up division (seems that's not the case now tho).

1) you did know that Health is from higher div but you fully accept this thing happening in EQL also in future
2) you didn't know that but you don't care if clans pretend all players are equal if the overall skill of the clan is still div5.

2ish, I did not know but we do not forbid players to play in whatever team they like, except late additions. The overall skill is the only interesting factor here and if we have missplaced J?garna then it sure is our fault.

regarding last season: defs weren't trying to fool anyone, when marvel joined we didnt know who he was. anyway, he pracced alot and got better, and then the flame started. We kicked all the fakers in the clan in the summer. Now we have a div4 team but eql admins insisted we should go to div3, so defs dont play on this one, by internal decision. But, for example, coinz wanted to play in sd (div5) and he wasnt allowed, while some clans/players are truly misplaced. I must say i agree with Term when he says admins need more feedback before the season starts. i'm saying that for years, "modify the signup page for some relevant info, like : "what div you feel your clan should play?" and so on". Anyway, have fun playing eql4, i won't play

hagge: yeah and be ONE MORE misplaced clan in eql 4? my question is: why did the admins insisted so much for defs playing in div3, while for ex., a2k are still on div3 ?? you may find it lame, but its also lame to ignore a clan's whishes (and we asked several times)
