Due to this comment above I'm forced to reply. I really hope div 4 has less ping winers because I would like to play with my ping 13 once for maximum result :D

It really sucks playing with minping or waiting untill 02.00 in the night so others have a more stable ping. I understand why others ask this, but it really makes me loose motivation for playing..

Hopefully next season it will be better!

I was typing a nice/polite comment,wanted to submit it,and typed the wrong code when I suddenly read Monray's whine.So no more mr. nice guy! :)

Eizid if u read this.It WAS kinda a tactic to save SD for last.But..nice predictions tho :)

First of all: Monray...Don't whine.Look at these good players from portugal/Spain:Nitemare, Peri, ocz, bcm, konk, coinz,...Do I need to say more?

second of all:Norules...Finally we proved/showed which team has more skills.And beat u.The only reason u wanted to have minping etc. is because you we're afraid and I don't blame u. :)

And last of all:Here's the story for the ones who likes to read it and maybe as a warning for other div5'ers:SD has a 'bad connection' untill midnight.So after several times of trying, we finally managed to set a date/time.
We were all there at 24.15h when SD's ping still wasn't good enough.Waited and whined about the ping and stuff, when suddenly mr. norules dropped and sms'ed his teamie that he had 'trouble with his screen'.We were tired of all the whinings and delays so we called an admin.Highlander arrived and 'suddenly' they had a 4th player 'Fil'.

So..At 1.00-1.15h we finally played our game.I kinda sucked because it wasn't ez to concentrate to play good on that hour and I so wanted to beat norules + Saturday= go out day.I had to skip partying + drinks ffs!We played our games with ups and downs and I have to admit:our fragbitch/quadwhore Skillah did a good job.I'm so proud of my teammies! :p (internal def2 luv)

Het is dat eerder die dag nathalie een permanent had gezet, anders zag het er droevig uit voor defs2, maar dat neemt niet weg dat de peer verder van de appelboom valt dan de appel verder van de perenboom valt, in dit geval dan.

To Mr Lame Bwuss:

When we all were in the server, i drop the server to do a normal reboot, the monitor started good, till some part, the light of monitor started blinking no image, so, i tried 3monitors, and only worked when i changed the graphic card.. when i come back, u guys already were playing map 1!

must say, monray was with 90ms and fil from USA (YEAH!) too, and when i joined i got 80ms! just LOOK to the fucking screens!

about the skills, ROTFL, defs2 is all about Skillah, not u, for someone else from defs2, so WHY THE WHINE about??.... so, why the "mad"??? we didnt have Infest, maybe the history should be different with equal 50ms (for ex.) and our complete team!

Minping?? maybe u guys should play with ping ~13-30 against us(90+80+80), this is "fear of u"

But yeah, u won this game, with all the disadvantages u got, like complete team/low ping!

I don't really understand what the whine is about? no minpings above 52 are allowed? so it's not like the situation could've been any better for you sd? it's not like they are gonna agree on minping 90 when rules says they don't have to :P

there is no rule saying minping cant be set higher then 52 hagge.

yeah I see that now hooraytio and that's very weird since someone at some point of time pasted me a rule about "52 ms is the highest minping you can use", guess someone was just trying to fool me then :(

However:
"The value for the minping must not be higher than the lowest pinging player in the highest pinging team"

which indicates that def2 did the right thing and therefor there shouldn't be any whine? if you want to whine at your pings whine at your isps :)

Agree Hagge...
All i wanna do is play. I can do it with 90 ping that i dont care. And people know that i dont whine at servers. I hate waiting in a server for long periods.
What i really think is funny is that most of CE players that have better connections than us whine about playing with minping 50?s or 60?s, complaining that they?re having "lag" problems...
Believe me guys : you dont know what lag is until you play from pt or pt Madeira island...
Well, you must understand our frustration sometimes, but if we play with these connections, we REALLY LOVE THIS GAME...

regular season standings indicates which clans promote to higher div.

this not automatically means that the clan that finished 3rd or 4th will not be promoted.
depending on how many clans and which one sign up we will place each team in apropriate division.

we will take into consideration results in regular season as well as results from play-offs and thus make some exceptions.

if team def2 wants to play in div4 - ok, it _might_ happen.

Thanks for the answer Highlander. It might be usefull to put this in the eql rules (maybe it is but I could not find it) because I think it's important to know this. Would have been nice if we knew this before we went into the play-offs. Because Bwuss already indicated that is was a tactical move not to play CCS and SD because we wanted to wait untill the playoffs. If we had known this before ofcourse we would have played these matches to finish 1st or second in the div.

It's funny we find out now how this works :D

If I knew,we would have protested to the late report of SD's game vs Dcrew.Just thought if we we're 2nd,we would play (3rd) SD anyway.Thought playoffs would higher our rankings as well.Now its too late...fuck! :/
Anyway.We talked to the admins:<DCHighlandeR>:"def2 and pimps will go to div4, we will see if sd goes too".Good news: we go to div4! Bad news (maybe):we will meet SD again? :p

a little more comment: i joined this SD clan to learn TDM .. i did not learn much because every time I play with them it was rape vs div3/div4 clans... but they are a bunch of nice guys and I like to play 2on2 and 1on1 with them anyways. this game was probably more close than the very few 4on4 pracs I had, so thanks for that close game def2 (although not so close HEHE). But it is true: if waffles, calum, etc., played for SD as they usually pracced together, it would have been even closer ;)
