So tVS will play semifinals without Milton? Since he is going away for 2 weeks from the 26th.

What a quick answer from Milton :E Hopefully they will still manage to go through to the finals, but I can't recall ever seeing tvs play even a prac without Milton?

I have no interest in playing without Milton, I only heard about this today. Have to think what we do. Obviously he is VERY hard to replace especially on such a short notice. Even if we managed to get Scenic or some other "star", there is not enough time to get our game working with a new lineup. This sucks ass.

lol blaze, why would you need to completely replace him with a new player? I've seen you prac without Milton and if I'm not mistaken you beat Sauna quite convincingly anyway, should be enough to handle the teams you might play in the semifinals?

Well Diki seems to have lost motivation and interterest again and is very rusty for not playing in weeks. Sauna is div2 and has nothing to do with semifinalists. So if Diki doesn't shape up, we need someone talented and motivated.

well still with a rusty diki or pretty much ANYONE joining as 4th you still have the best lineup. It would only make things closer. Would that be so terrible? :)

For me it seems Diki has performed really well throughout the season. Gonna be interesting. I'm sure Xantom can take miltons place as main quad runner as well. At least it sounds like a better idea than giving WO.

Yeah, delaying the game for a couple of days shouldn't be that big of a problem. We have waited months for teams to play us. Have to discuss with the admins about the situation.

lol, hilarious stuff. Why would the admins let tvs DELAY their games because they lack one player when they have a very suitable backup in Diki. If the admins are suggesting the schedule will be very strict then I expect them to hold onto that. If I remember right, fom actually had the same problem one eql season where most players were gone because playoffs, AS ALWAYS, got too near summer. Well they ended up playing with a much weaker lineup than what tvs has without Milton and lost, no complaints, no delays, you play with the players you have available, well I guess the only difference would be that fom actually had balls enough to play an important game without their best player(s), unlike tvs.

I dont know the size of vallas balls but does that indicate something that he is not willing even prac vs tvs

If i had to speculate with these given facts i would guess that razor has beautifull 5cm diameter set of balls and martin asymmetric set of other being 1cm and the other 2-3cm

We are talking as if having to play without milton is INSANE, as if other clans don't live with handicap every game whole season.

Players going idle, bad connections, illness, vacation, jobs, you name it.

And as blAze pointed out before, the scene overrates milton, and its more a team effort than a 1 man clan. Maybe tVS should step up and prove that point!

It's all for the drama, much like your own posts, I don't take them too seriously. Regarding that specific season with fom those weaker players came in after I, among other players, went idle as a last resort to finish the season. I took that as a reference because fom also had a reputation and were predicted to end first, much like tvs. Although I know tvs takes their game more seriously than fom ever did I'm sure, and I don't mean this in a bad way, I know the players in tvs are bigger winners than I am, and play more seriously for sure. Although I like a good challenge rather than joining an already powerful team, it makes playing more enjoyable and rewarding to create something from scratch. So that was the reference I mentioned in a dramatic way in my first post. The second post was all for the tension, gg.

Well, we did win most of our championships without XantoM, but of course he is a great player and an addition to the team. I don't know how many international championships f0m has, but I think SR is probably still #1.

This have to be one of the very few times that i actually have to agree with para's views. But what you are suggesting just wont work with Lehto brothers, there is no freaking way they will split up their squad for making things in general more interesting.

And then again why should they? They have worked their ass off these last 3-4years to get where they are now and they rightfully deserve what they have accomplished.

Neither should there be attempt to gather up the remaining "div0" players under one flag if promising "div1" teams gets killed in the progress.

As para said div1 seem to be doing just fine. And that is a thing we all should value and cherish.

Only time will tell how the cap between div0 and div1 will play itself out, but i wouldnt go to force things to way or another.

The real question is if the tVS boys are happy with themselfs in the position they currently are in. Coz they are the only ones who have any control over it.

For the rest of the scene...just try to manage what u got :D

The real problem is that XantoM will be away too, and Diki said "I have ZERO interest to play quake", but then he changes his mind at least 2 times per day so who knows...

We all have heard about Diki quitting qw about a million times. Still you can see him on the servers day after day, and when tvs wasn't playing in the kurwa league he even joined another clan. Seems like this quitting qw whine is just meaningless whine from Diki that shouldn't be taken seriously :(

You are probably right Hagge! It's a funny situation though, Fusion and SD are probably working hard on the scenarios how to end up 4th instead of 3rd now. :P
